Senior Backend Engineer
Full-time Remote (US)Own core platform services in Java and Spring Boot — account management, billing, telephony orchestration, and the layer that drives outbound campaigns and inbound receptionists. Strong MySQL, API design, and production debugging skills required.
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Full-time Remote (US)Own the customer-facing dashboard end to end. Build campaign, receptionist, activity, and billing flows in JSP + Tailwind on the server side with judicious JavaScript on the client. Care deeply about usability and getting the details right.
AI / Voice Engineer
Full-time Remote (US)Work on the conversation layer: LLM prompt design, turn-taking, barge-in handling, and latency reduction across our real-time voice pipeline. Experience shipping production voice agents is a big plus.
DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer
Full-time Remote (US)Run our cloud footprint, TLS cert rotation, observability, and CI/CD. You'll automate server provisioning for new customer deployments and keep the platform boringly reliable.
Product Designer
Full-time Remote (US)Own the end-to-end design of the NovaVoxx dashboard. You'll make complex workflows — campaign setup, integration configuration, call analysis — feel simple and obvious. Strong Figma skills and systems thinking required.
Customer Success Manager
Full-time Remote (US)Own onboarding, expansion, and retention for a growing portfolio of NovaVoxx customers. Help new accounts get to their first successful campaign quickly and build long-term trust with existing ones. SaaS CS experience with technical curiosity is key.
Sales Development Representative
Full-time US OnlyIdentify and qualify inbound leads, run product demos, and help refine our go-to-market playbook. Yes — we use NovaVoxx internally too. Experience in B2B SaaS outbound is a strong plus.
