NovaMinutes are based on the work the platform performs on your behalf — including time the AI is actively engaged on a call and any AI-driven communications or optional analyses your account uses. Calls that ring unanswered or go straight to voicemail without conversation don't consume NovaMinutes. You can see your usage in real time from the dashboard.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the price difference is prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time from your account page. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my NovaMinutes limit?
You'll get email and SMS alerts at 80% and 100% of your monthly cap. You can purchase a NovaMinutes add-on or upgrade your plan from the account page at any time.
Do you offer add-on NovaMinutes?
Yes. Add-on packs are available at $25 for 100 NovaMinutes, $100 for 500 NovaMinutes, and $180 for 1,000 NovaMinutes — purchasable directly from your account page.
