Getting Started
Everything you need to go from signing up to your first live call on NovaVoxx.
Create your account
Visit /register and sign up with email and password, or use Sign in with Google for one-click provisioning. Either path drops you into the dashboard.
You don't need a credit card to create the account. You do need one on file to activate a paid plan, which you can add from Profile → Payment Methods.
Choose a plan
Pick a plan from the pricing page or change it from the profile page later. Your first charge is the prorated amount for the current billing period. You can change plans at any time — upgrades prorate immediately, downgrades take effect next cycle.
Pick a product path
NovaVoxx runs two distinct products from the same account: outbound campaigns and inbound receptionists. Most new accounts start with one and add the other once the first is running smoothly.
- Outbound campaign agents — you load a list of contacts, pick a voice and a purpose, and NovaVoxx dials through the list during the hours you allow. See Outbound Campaign Agents.
- Inbound receptionist agents — you assign a phone number to a receptionist agent configuration and NovaVoxx answers incoming calls with your greeting and actions. See Inbound Receptionist Agents.
Assign a phone number
Every campaign and receptionist needs a phone number. From the campaign detail page click Assign Phone, pick an area code, search available numbers, and confirm. Details: Phone Numbers.
Configure scheduling and launch
For outbound campaigns, restrict the dial window to the days and hours you want the calls to go out in the caller's timezone. Then activate the campaign. Details: Scheduling.
Monitor the first few calls
Open the Activity dashboard once the campaign is live and watch the first handful of calls complete. If something sounds off, pause the campaign, tune the caller bio or voice, and resume. The feedback loop is short.
Next steps
- Connect a calendar or CRM so the AI can book meetings on the call.
- Read the voice and persona guide for tips on picking the right voice and writing a good caller bio.
- Review billing and plan limits so there are no surprises at month end.
