Integrations
Connect calendars, CRMs, and ticketing systems so the AI can take real action on the call.
Calendar integrations
NovaVoxx supports three calendar providers for live meeting booking on calls:
- Google Calendar — OAuth2 connection. The AI offers slots and books directly.
- Microsoft Outlook / Office 365 — OAuth2 against your Microsoft tenant.
- Calendly — API token + event type URI. The AI reads slot availability from an existing Calendly event type.
All three respect the booking-window constraints from Scheduling.
CRM integrations
NovaVoxx stores the credentials for each of the CRMs below. During an outbound or inbound call, your AI agent uses those credentials to check availability and book appointments. You can test each integration end-to-end from the Tools page before attaching it to a campaign or receptionist.
- Salesforce (OAuth2)
- HubSpot (private app access token)
- Pipedrive (API key)
- Zoho CRM (OAuth2)
- Monday.com (API key + board ID)
- Nutshell (email + API key)
Configure these from the Tools section of the dashboard.
Ticketing integrations
For inbound receptionists, the AI can open tickets in:
- ServiceNow
- Zendesk
- Jira Service Management
- Freshdesk
- Freshservice
Tickets include the caller's phone number, a summary the AI writes from the call, the timestamp, and any default priority or category you configure on the receptionist.
